JOB PURPOSE: To develop demand, and achieve customer wins for -------- products through presentations and skillful selling . Within a specified geographical location. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Present and sell company products to current and potential --------- clients to meet the sales targets. 2. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. 3. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships to assist him in achieving the targets. 4. Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services and collections. 5. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals to keep track on performance. 6. Communicate new products opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. 7. Coordinate company merchandizers to accomplish the work required to better serve our products in front of customers. 8. Implement preplanned special sales activities to reduce stock. 9. Follow-up for collection of payment to reduce customers dues. 10. Provide on job training to merchandizers in his area to improve their performance 11. Other duties as assigned. Requirements:Driving LicenseMinimum high school Diploma or equivalent.Experience preferred: 2-5 years dairy sales, or at least previouse training in sales, CRM, or marketing fields
