The Bowtech BP-CVIS-II, Compact Video Inspection System, is aportable control station for operation, viewing and recording of colouror monochrome video cameras together with audio input and intensitycontrol of a lamp.

The BP-CVIS-II comprises of: a Digital Hi8 VCR which producesnoiseless digital images, even when playback is frozen, it features a100th/sec tape counter, it has a built in Video Overlay with Date &Time Generator and also a digital zoom facility; a 6.8" colour TFTLCD Monitor (a larger size is available as an option); audio input; adimmer circuit; video and audio output to enable connection straightinto a separate monitor etc.

This entire system is housed in a watertight “Storm” case measuringjust 490mm in width & 400mm in depth and only weighs 10Kg(umbilical and peripherals are extra). It can be powered from 110 VACmains or from 12VDC.

The system is available with the following options:• a colour or monochrome camera• a 75 Watt lamp (higher wattages available)• pan & tilt control• zoom control for camera• splashproof covers & connectors• Firewire output & software• a diver pistol grip• helmet mounting kit• cable reeler
