RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

2013 - 2014TIC for MGB International

MNDT (Malaysia)Malaysia North Double Track (MNDT) involved the commissioning of around 21 new stations. It was especially challenging due to the tight timescales and the introduction of some new equipment and difficult weather conditions. I was TIC for 4 stations, with around 20 testing staff assigned to me.

As TIC successfully Test & Commission Chemor, Bukit Merah, Bagan Seria and Bukit Tengah Stations. This involved the Systems Acceptance Testing, Correspondence and final handover to client for over 220 Signals, 150 DC Track Circuits, 100 Thales Axle Counter Sections, 80 Point Machines, 1200 ATP Transponders and 5 Interlocking’s which spanned over 48km.

Coordination & Management of all Testing & Commissioning Documentation. Producing commissioning plans detailing scope of works under test, staged works and any interface with existing equipment. Making sure all required references are up date and issued to testing staff.

Liaise with client and other disciplines to discuss on site activities, high lighting issues that may affect the program.

Liaise with signaling equipment companies, discussing and over coming on site problems Producing commissioning program detailing staff duties and timescales during commissioning. Resource Management & Planning of Testing & Commissioning Activities. Preparation and/or

review of all testing and commissioning documentation including but not limited to: FAT & SAT, test certs and test copies.

Witnessing testing activities where appropriate confirming all testing carried out using the latest versions.

Responsible in the commissioning of Signaling Systems. Final sign off with client confirming system fit for purpose. Support client after commissioning to resolve outstanding issues.
