Skills

Communication I feel that my communication skills are very strong as I am confident at communicating face-to-face; via the telephone; in a presentation scenario and in written form. I am able to build strong rapport with both clients and colleagues and would describe myself as a problem solver who is approachable and friendly.

IT Literacy I am confident in using databases such as Salesforce and Madgex to create reports. I also have strong skills at using all office packages, including Word, PowerPoint to produce presentations and Excel for producing spreadsheets.

Team working At work and university I have experienced working within a team on several occasions. Here, I have learnt to listen to other people’s ideas and work effectively together to produce the best results possible. I very much enjoy taking a leading role within a team also.

Negotiation From working in sales I have had to use my negotiation skills to close a sale. I feel my people skills; product knowledge, attention to detail and my ability to build strong rapport with those around me effectively increase my ability to negotiate.

Interests & Achievements I have a keen interest in keeping active and do this through going to the gym regularly. At university I was the captain of my netball team throughout the academic year and really enjoyed being part of a team. Travelling has really broadened my horizons and from this I love to see new places and experience different cultures. I’d love to learn a foreign language and have plans to improve my Spanish this year.
