Project architect for new 18 homebase and Library Budget $11.8mil total project cost

o Canada Bay Public School (2012-2015)

Project architect for new 28 homebase primary school including long day childcare, Early

Childhood Health Centre and major site remediation works. Construction value: $32M

o Nirimba TAFE Greenskills building (2009) Project Architect for new greenskills trade building.

Construction value: $2mil

o Bathurst TAFE Stage 6 Development (2003)

Project Architect responsible for design and documentation of new Library, arts and media,

classrooms and gallery. Construction value: $6.5M.

o Mt Druitt and Kingscliff TAFE Colleges 46 Place, Standard Childcare Centres (1995) Project Architect undertaking design and documentation. Construction value: $0.7M each.

o Kirkbride Complex, Sydney College of the Arts (1994)

Team member in the design for adaptive reuse of the complex. Construction value: $19M.

Project Architect for design development and documentation phase of a new four-storey police

o NSW Police, Redfern Police Station (2004-2005)

Project Architect for seven storey fittout of the TNT Tower involving base building works by owner

and separate construction contract.

o Hunter Area Health Service, Belmont Hospital New Emergency Department and Hospital

Entrance (2001) Design Architect. Construction value: $3.5M

o Central Sydney Area Health Service, Rozelle Hospital Stage 1 Redevelopment (1992-93)

Project Architect undertaking master plan design, and coordinating the design by other project

architects of all buildings including Drug & Alcohol Complex and Rehabilitation Cottages; Project

Architect for the design and full documentation of a 40 bed acute admissions unit. Construction

value: $21.M.

o Mid Western Area Health Service, Bloomfield Hospital Stage 1 Redevelopment (1991)

Project Architect for Stage 1, involving the design of a 16 bed short stay unit and 16 bed aged care

unit, and coordination of the design of a 28 bed acute admissions unit by other team member.

Project Architect for office fittout for colocation of OFT and CTTT Construction value: $1mil

Project Architect undertaking design and documentation for the seed store and Picnic Amenities.
