Detail: This report would provide detail hiring process cycle time when HR is challenged why the process is so slow. This kind of information has been requested in past by Talent Management to help them respond to customers complaints. This information could be used as a baseline for Standard Hiring Process Metrics to reduce process duration

Recruiting Agency Effectiveness report.Details: This information will be used for determining effectiveness of recruiting agencies resulting in lower recruiting costs processing recruiting agency clients.
