The Nile Corniche is a 197,000 square meter mixed-use development along the Corniche on

the east bank of the Nile River in Cairo, Egypt. This luxury property is organized as two towers

above a podium and below-grade service and parking. Tower 1 contains offices at its base, 102

luxury condominiums and a multi-level penthouse. The L-shaped Tower 2, with retail at its base,

contains a six-star St. Regis hotel with 283 rooms and 93 serviced apartments. The project has 37

floors above grade and four below.

Job description:

Mechanical Site and QA/QC Engineer supervise the works of mechanical contractors to

ensure quality and that constructions are in accordance with drawings, specifications and local

regulations. Resumes in this field highlight such responsibilities as ensuring that installations are as

per the approved mechanical shop drawings and project specifications; supervising and performing

regular inspections on drainage, plumbing, firefighting, chilled water and HVAC works; and

coordinating work to avoid conflict during the execution of works.
