MAIN DUTIES :

1- Supervising accounts and credit facilities for many branches in Jordan and developing relationship with corporate customers.2- Attempt to recruit potential facilities.3- Prepare and review credit proposals required for corporate banking customers .4- Coordinate with the credit risk and other banking divisions to provide the necessary services to corporate banking customers.5- Evaluate , approve credit proposals .6- Make the needed financial analyses for balance sheet , cash flow , income statement including using MRA system.7- Monitor and follow up of customers accounts, i.e. review of inspectionreport, adherence to the central bank classification of accounts also making the needed meetings and calls with clients to ensure that facilitiespaid on time and make any potential settlements with them ...etc. 8- Participate in decision making.9- Manage the profitability of product portfolios and customers.10- Manage the overall credit quality of the asset book within acceptable limits.11- provide hands-on relationship management to ensure effective and timely delivery of the bank’s services / products to the customers of the overall divisions.12- Review the overall portfolio in a timely manner and recommend appropriate credit facilities inline with the bank’s policy to maximize earnings while keeping risk to an acceptable level.13- Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e., documentation,periodical customer visits/ call reports, expires on monthly manner in order to monitor the assigned portfolio effectively.14- Identify the segment target market to broad – base the portfolio and pursue growth opportunities towards on boarding of the new clients.15- Continuously monitor customer satisfaction and take measures and initiatives to improve. 16- Ensure high performance culture and delivery of professional and quality of customer service.17- Report to department manager on daily activities and any issues that may arise. 18- Follow clients to repay their obligations on due time and make the needed negotiations and settlements with them if there is a necessary.
