1989 I was born in Assam
where I stayed till I turned 6
1995 -‐ 2005 Had some of my most memorable school years
in Kolkata and Mumbai
2007 Finished my high school from St. Xavier’s
in Mumbai
Fresh out of high school and like you, still unsure of what I wanted to do
I decided to give BBA-IT from Symbiosis (Pune) a shot
2007
and that’s when I fell in love with the guitar
2009
Formed a band. Toured the country. Played gigs all over Got covered by the media. Had my share of education
Joined 2010
Symbiosis Institute Of Management Studies
to do my Masters in Marketing
2011
While in college, I started a T-Shirt & apparel company With an investment of Rs. 1.5 L,
The Holy Sheep had a turnover of Rs. 1.7 L in its first year
2012 Unfortunately, it didn’t do too well and had to shut it
I was down and pretty much bankrupt
2012 I bounced right back
Where I designed the information architecture and user interface and launched the company’s first intranet
And joined Bajaj Finserv
It was awarded one of the best projects of the year
I WAS GOOD AT
So I started conceptualizing & designing the company’s digital applications and websites I designed the Information Architecture, User Flow and the User Experience for
the digital assets, content portals, microsites and a revamped intranet
2013 I set up the company’s first ever content marketing framework
And delivered over 4% engagement with a million strong Facebook community
2014 Some more great news!
In June 2014, based on a Content Marketing Score, Linkedin recognized Bajaj Finserv as one of the top 10 most influential brands on Linkedin in India, across industries.
around the same time I played my first private gig as a DnB DJ
And boy, was it intense!
FEB 2015 I let go of my comfort zone
and joined a startup Pepper Media is a YouTube MCN that partners with YouTube creators and leverages their
social influence to drive objectives of various brands
At Pepper Media, I helped
Design the new brand Setup the new website and Designed a content strategy rooted in gamification
Soon, I got a chance to
LEARN New THINGS, FASTER
So I joined the team at BankBazaar

It’s been incredible! And boy !
From re-designing the content strategy, creating top trending campaigns to delivering a 2.5x lift in branded searches, it’s been an incredible 1.5 years. I am currently working on building India’s biggest content platform, leveraging extremely HQ content and game mechanics, to help people access the right financial products for them. Or as I like to call it – The Buzzfeed of financial content
