Education B-Tech ( Textiles ), 1st Class from College of Textile Technology, Serampore ( University of Calcutta ) in 1992.

Past Experience 15 Years experience in Vardhman in different units :

Seven years( 1992-1999 ) in Arisht Spinning Mills,Baddi ( A division of Vardhman Group of Industries with 66000 Spindlage ). Arisht was 100% EOU & it’s Domestic unit is a Pioneer in Poly / Cotton yarn.

1992 : Joined as Textile Graduate Trainee

1993 – 1996 : Served as Spinning Master ( Prod )

1996 – July 1999 Served as Asst Manager ( Maintt )

Two years ( 1999-2001 ) in Anant Spinning, Mandideep,Bhopal ( A div of Mahavir Spinning with 75000 spindlage ) as Maintt Manager. All three units of Anant Spg. are 100% EOU with ISO certification.

Six years ( 2001-2007 ) in Auro Spinning Mlls, Baddi ( A div of Vardhman Textiles Ltd with 78000 spindles ) as Chief Manager, Maintenance. Auro Spinning is a pioneer in Spandex CSY yarn with 25000 spindles on CSY apart from different blended yarn, superfine yarns, compact, multicount, multitwist,slub yarns.

6 Years experience in Winsome Group :

2007-2008: DGM Maintenance in Winsome Yarn Ltd, looking after their NEWcoCOT spinning plant of 37000 spindles in Italy. NEWcoCOT is a pioneer in value added cotton & blended melange yarn in European market. It is equipped with automation as autodoffing in Speed Frame

2008- July 2013: GM Maintenance & Engineering in Winsome Yarn Ltd, Derabassi ( 1,10,000 spdl unit with Melange, Compact, Grey cotton production ). It is Rieter Plant with latest machineries with 30000 spindle with Compact K441.

Apart from overall maintenance activities, assessment of prevailing maintenance & production practices, health of the machines, finding improvement scopes & implement them, improvement in machine utilisation & productivity with minimum personnel & maintenance cost, budgeting etc. Acting as a change agent.

July 2013 till now: VP ( Technical ) in Garg Acrylics Ltd, Bathinda. It is 164000 spindle unit producing P/C and 100% cotton / compact yarn with latest technology machinery.

Establish the newly installed unit by fine tuning process and parameters, good maintenance practices, concept of multiskilling, subordinate development, target oriented working culture. Boost up the production with established quality.

Erection & commissioning of the 92000 spindle unit with established work practices and systems since beginning.
