Although this operation generated a small income, I continued my search for full-time employment. Due to some financial irregularities in the holding company, all franchisees, including myself, were forced to close down at the end of February 1992.

COMPANY: Gillette S.A LTD

Period: 1 November 1989 – 31 August 1991 Title: On restructuring and relocation to Bedfordview in November 1989, my existing duties were complemented with more Quality Assurance activities, viz.:

Administration of the bar-coding systems as per SAANA regulations and ensure all trade requirements are met.
