Maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of all related manufacturing equipment and processes
required to manufacture a high quality product in a repeatable and cost effective manner through the
whole process. Main responsibility is to have a strict control over the Automatic Insertion area and
create, maintain the documentations to fullify ISO TS 16949 requirements.

• Automation development (labelling process, inspection, traceability)
• Machine capability measurements and analysis according to IPC and ISO standards to ensure
production equipment is capable

operations improvement
• Evaluating, implementing, and monitoring processes and operating systems for the manufacturing
of printed circuit boards (SMT, THT, PTH)
• Maintaining and improving factory processes and related metrics, such as production efficiency,
cycle times, capacity, capabilities, and others as needed
• Providing ongoing product and process improvements to meet quality and customer needs
• Supervision of process technicians
• Process design according to “standard work” rules and evaluating results, to improve the
processes
• Work closely with production and support teams to manage work flow
• Creating and maintaining necessary documentation from NPI phase till phase out
