Development of reports according to area’s needs. Responsible of managing the national physical inventories identifying possible deviations. Responsible of generating Ciel Fee’s report. Responsible of calculating prices, sales mix, rebate and prices system management. Implementation of Compass system to generate reports in a timely manner according to volume and sales. Coca-Cola’s brand champion, responsible of elaborating monthly P&L as well as giving finance support to brand managers.

I achieved establishing a reliable process for the annual’s physical inventories elaboration which reduced the delivery of results by 50%.

As Coca-Cola’s Champion, I developed a report to help the managers easily identify the main deviations vs budget from franchise to package.

The forecast variance were reduced at a range of +- 10% due to constant analysis of trends, initially the variations were up to 20%.
