PROFILE I am a dynamic, self-starter who has drive and ambition with great

enthusiasm to succeed. I have exceptional skills gained from my current professions

coupled with a competitive edge. Familiar and comfortable with systems such as Esta-

tecraft and ESS (Executive Support System) as well as extensive use of Microsoft

programmes such as powerpoint and Excel. I come from a sporting background which

has given me a healthy hunger whilst maintaining the basics that can sometimes go

astray. I communicate very well with the general public, SME businesses and equally

as importantly my fellow colleagues. I am a very confident speaker both in person and

over the phone and learn fast. Enthusiasm is my greatest asset, enabling me to put

my all into new challenges and take knock-backs as valuable learning experiences.

INTERESts Whilst not at work I enjoy

reading autobiographies and sporting activities;

particularly Football and Snowboarding. I also

feel that it is important to socialise with peers

and family on a regular basis. A main highlight

of mine over the last few years has been flying

over to Florida to pursue an interest in football

and moving to Australia to work and travel.

lia’s residential market. This role involves relationship manage-

ment with existing customers as well as new ones. Working to

daily KPI’s such as an average of 10 sales a day. This comes

via two sources; churned or pending. The role follows up leads

which are assigned, either churned or pending or incoming

call enquires for New Business. I am involved in agreeing the

pricing and negotiating with the customers and ultimately signing
