PhD Lecturer, member of the Communication and Public Relations Department of the Faculty
of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-
Napoca. Head lecturer of the courses Negotiation and Mediation Techniques (2001-2005),
Conflict Management (2000-2009), Conflict Analysis (master’s level, since October 2005),
Crisis Management (master’s level, since October 2005), and Intercultural Communication
(since October 2003).
At present, head lecturer of the courses Conflict Studies (graduate level), Theories of Conflict
(master’s level) and Conflict Analysis (master’s level).
