Project: DMKL Role: Wind Farm EHS Advisor Timeline: March to August 31 2016. Project Description: EHS Advisor working with the Wind Turbine OEM supplier, Siemens, and the client ESB on a 11 unit, 34MW, Windfarm with responsibilities for contractor on-boarding and site safety induction training, reviewing contractor SMS, RAMS, Lift Plans and Employee competency records. Also the site focal point for safety audits, inspections, safety tours, hazard-hunts and the behavioural based safety audit and observation programme. Lead for compiling emergency and crisis management procedures and emergency exercises on site.

Project: Tullow Kenya BV Role: Well Engineering EHS Advisor Timeline: September 2014 to Feb 2016. Project Description: EHS Advisor to the Well Engineering team supporting day to day activities with four drilling rigs from different contractors; three drilling, one Wells Completions and Extended Well Testing. • To monitor and supervise the implementation of Tullow Oil policies and procedures on all field operations sites for drilling and related

activities such as site civil and construction activities (access roads, rig pads, airstrips, camps, support facilities) as well as drill rig operations camps’.

• EHS component of ITT specifications & evaluation; Contractor EHS Compliance Audits & Reviews including reviews of Project/Rig Safety Cases and Safety Critical Equipment to API/EN standards; Pre-mobilisation planning, including contractor on-boarding, production of EHS MS interface/bridging documents, EHS plans etc.; Operational Support through site visits, incident investigations and root cause determinations and post project, lessons learnt.

• Part of the EHS team that assisted projects to achieve in excess of nearly 1.5 million work hours without an LTI. Project: Tullow Ethiopia BV Role: EHS Superintendent Timeline: June 2012 to July 2014. Project Description: On site EHS Superintendent engaged to ensure compliance and support of the client’s EHS Management Systems, with Tullow Oil personnel and contractors on a four wildcat well land-based programme. Project: Tullow (Africa) Role: EHS Advisor Timeline: Oct 2010 to June 2012 Project Description: On site EHS Advisor for the client on various Land, Airborne FTG & Bathymetric Seismic Surveys in Uganda, Kenya and Ethiopia. Ensuring compliance and support of Tullow Oil Kenya EHS Management Systems, with Tullow Oil personnel and assigned contractors. Providing EHS QC assistance and support for both Tullow Oil and contractor management in compliance of Contract and Tullow Oil EHS Management Systems. In Kenya I was part of the EHS team that assisted the land seismic contractor achieve in excess of one million work hours without an LTI. Projects broadly consisted of access road, airstrip and camp site construction, heavy lifting of plant and equipment (rigs etc.), transport safety, jetty construction (Lake Turkana) and environmental monitoring Project: Various Role: Contract Health & Safety Consultant Timeline: Sept. 2009 - Oct 2010 Project Description: Self-employed contracted EHS Advisor working on various projects for clients, main contractor, sub-contractors, PSCS & PSDP as the H&S Coordinator and EHS Advisor or Consultant; sample projects included various AIBP WWTP & plant extensions, M9 overpass bridges, Endessa Ireland Ltd PowerGen Station (5) SMS audit and various National School extension works. Roles involved site visits and monitoring, chairing site safety meetings, deliver safety inductions, updating of RAMS, deliver safety training, toolbox talks, equipment and site inspections/audits, contractor on-boarding, maintaining PSDP & PSCS H&S plans and risk register maintenance etc. Project: New Terminal 2, DAA Role: EHS Advisor Timeline: Oct 2008 to Sept 2009 Project Description: Ensuring the day-to-day health, safety, welfare and environmental compliance of the contractors’ through-out the scope of works to DAA & legislative requirements. Main focus on Mechanical & Electrical systems during the install and commissioning of T2. Project Description: Green field project to commissioning of bio-diesel production facility capable of producing 34m litres of biodiesel per year conforming to EN 14214. From first civils works to production. Erection of process structure buildings, tank farms and admin buildings. Project: Richfield Windfarm, Ireland Role: Lead Health & Safety Co-Coordinator Timeline: Jan 2006 to March 2007. Project Description: Installation and commissioning of 27MW Windfarm comprising of 18 GE 1.5MW wind turbines, construction of access roads, turbine bases with piles and base transformer platforms for the client on reclaimed lands, sensitive to environmental impact. Involved in the install, commissioning and operation health & safety and environmental controls for the facility. Project involved access road construction, concrete turbine pad construction with deep CFA piling, heavy and tandem lifts or turbine masts, electrical hook-up and electrical hook-ups. Project: Various Role: Lead Health & Safety Consultant Timeline: Dec 2003 - Jan. 2006. Project Description: Contracted EHS Advisor to Integrated Risk Solutions and working as the H&S Coordinator, Advisor or Consultant to a number of main contractors undertaking general construction, PowerGen, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing in primary, secondary and tertiary industries. Project of note acting as the PSCS H&S Coordinator on Royal Canal Park development (Dublin) with Ballymore Homes; Project consisted of bulk excavations, CFA driven pile systems, large concrete pours (600M3+), precast concrete structures with poured floors from site opening to completions. Role involved site visits to chair site safety meetings, deliver safety inductions, updating of RAMS, deliver safety training, toolbox talks, equipment and site inspections. Project: Fab 24, Intel, RoI Role: Assistant Safety Team Leader Timeline: Sept 2002 to Nov 2003 Coordination of the health and safety of employees during the fit-out of Intel’s FAB 24. Involved in the day to day liaising with management and employees alike, delivering various training programmes, preparing safe work methods & documentation, EHS plans, delivering inductions to new operatives and various other tasks to ensure the safety & welfare of the workers on a facility where the contractor was accountable for and employed over 1,800 construction and commissioning personnel. Role encompassed such areas as clean rooms, battery building, facilities and engineering structures, acid and acid waste neutralisation equipment, energy building, heavy steel structures, high precision handling equipment and constant liaising with client and management personnel. Project: ABC Health & Safety Ltd, Ireland Role: Health & Safety Consultant Timeline: March 2001 – Sept. 2002 Responsible for undertaking, compiling and documenting risk assessments, safety surveys and auditing reports. Compiling safety statements & policies for clients from a wide diversity. Involved with keeping clients in compliance with current health & safety legislation and best practice. Project: The Thomson Group, Dublin Role: Site Supervising Engineer & Safety Manager Timeline: May 1998 to March 2001 Worked on various projects for clients such as Pfizer’s, Scheering Plough, Glanbia Foods Group, ESB Power Generation, Aughinish Alumina and Intel. Project included such areas as materials & food handling and processing equipment including hopper systems, chemical and hazardous substance handling and extraction systems, boiler and pneumatic equipment, food grade equipment, conveyor systems, waste water treatment units etc. Project: Wahlco Engineered Products Ltd, UK Role: Project & Safety Engineer Timeline: Aug.1997 to April 1998 Project team engineer for developing & enforcing site safety programmes to H.S.E requirements & safe work methods for the design, fabrication and site supervision of the installation of back end equipment for Power Generation Plants. Compiling site method statements, equipment I.O.M.C manuals/documentation. This role also involved a substantial portion of multi discipline sub-contractor HSE management and coordination. Project: Wahlco Engineered Products Inc. Maine 04240, USA Role: Project & Safety Engineer Timeline: Jan. 1994 to July 1997 Project team engineer for developing & enforcing site safety programmes to H.S.E requirements & safe work methods for the design, fabrication and site supervision of the installation of back end equipment for Power Generation Plants. Compiling equipment installation, operation, maintenance and commissioning documentation and user safety manuals formed an integral part of this role as did multi discipline sub-contractor HSE management. Worked on projects in India, Vietnam, Canada, Pakistan, Korea as well as the contiguous USA. Extensive experience fulfilling the PSCS, PSDP, PSCS H&S Coordinator and the PSDP H&S Coordinator as well as general construction safety. REPORT WRITING & COMPUTER LITERACY:

Excellent report writing skills with a high degree of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Emex. Experience in tender evaluations, compliance monitoring and compiling technical reports, compiling monthly safety presentations/topic-themes and periodic EHS reports for management. Previous experiences also in developing scope of works and contract documents. Well versed in the undertaking of contractor audits, implementing and monitoring of corrective actions. With a background in engineering, working as an EHS practitioner within the Construction, Oil & Gas and the PowerGen industries I have experience with many of the facets of EHS in varying environments and locations.
