THE LONMIN ACADEMY/PLATINUM MINES, Rustenburg, South Africa 1995-2009 Participated as a teamleader in a larger team to create the “Lonmin Business Academy”; a centralized business academy with over 300 departmental employees.

As the custodian of all internal and external legislation and quality management systems maintenance/enhancement, I was instrumental in standardizing performance indicators for all training specialists. Quality assured and ratified the design and development of all learning programs. Collaborated with all staff facilitated cohesive work teams.
