This means the customer can setup O365 on all platforms in minutes Clear benefit: No outdated software always the latest version + 1 TB for each family member All telcos compete on awareness. Telenor wants to compete on relevance. O365 to Danish families is highly relevant we solve a lot of real customer pain-points There is really no competition there is only Office 365 Microsoft and Telenor were quite flexible Most important we found a solution that was simple and easy to understand for our customers and thereby created the best possible customer experience Our sales reps can now offer something to the customers our competitors cannot offer. This is a unique selling point for Telenor its easy to talk to and it solves real customer problems Results: We gained tremendous traction in the market 125.000 new customers last year, we moved our brand upwards and we reduced our churn numbers significantly.
