Description
This is a skin-on that exceeds USDA Extra Long Fancy requirements and is air-dried for a crisp exterior and fluffy interior texture. The product is processed in a special brine solution for added flavor and crispness. It has a natural potato appearance and is processed in 100% vegetable oil.

J.R. Simplot Company and its suppliers maintain quality control programs that meet the quality standards contained in this product specification. Supplier quality control systems are subject to approval by the J.R. Simplot Company Q.A. department prior to the purchase of any products and/or ingredients. Such programs require at least minimal sampling rates subject to approval by Simplot Q.A. Department. Suppliers to the J.R. Simplot Company shall maintain Q.C. records on file. Suppliers agree to allow J.R. Simplot Q.A. Department the right to conduct inspection of the facilities to insure that specifications are being followed during production runs. An effective and proven "trace and recall" program with documented material tracking program from supply through packaging and shipping must be in place. An established contact list must be available in case of emergency recall.
