Customer Portal User Guide
Thank you for using the Toho Water Authority Customer Portal.
In this User Guide, you will learn how to:
• Create a Profile
• Sign In
• Add an Account
• Make a Payment
• Set Up Auto Pay
• Manage Your Profile
• Make a One-Time Payment
Let’s get started!

Create a Profile
From the Portal
home page, click on
Create a Profile.

Create a Profile
You will need to enter:
• A User Name
Must be between 5-30 characters
• Your first name
• Your last name
• A password
Note password requirements
• Your email address

When you have finished
entering the above
information, click Create
Profile.

Once you have created
your profile
successfully, you will be
sent an email to activate
your account.
Follow the instructions
in your email, and
your account will then
be activated.

Once your account has
been activated, you
may sign in using the
User Name and
Password you created.

Add an Account
After you are signed in,
you will need to look up
your account to add it to
your profile. Click Add a
New Account to get
started.

You will need your
account number to look
up your account, which
you can find on your bill.
Enter the first nine digits
into the first field, and
the second nine digits
into the second field.
Then, click Lookup to
find your account.

Confirm that the street
address matches the
address of your
account, and click
Confirm and Continue.
Your account has now
been added to your
profile.

Account Summary
To see your account
details at a glance,
navigate to Account
Summary.
Here you can view
your payment due,
your due date, your
current bill, and
more.
If you have more
than one account
that you would like
to manage under
your profile, simply
click Add a New
Account and repeat
this process.

Make a Payment
To make a
payment on your
account, simply
click the Make a
Payment button
after logging in.
You may also
access links to
Make a Payment in
the left navigation
menu, and at the
top right of the
screen.

Make a Payment
You will need to
select the amount
you would like to
pay and the date
you would like the
payment processed.
You can choose to
pay on the current
date, or schedule a
payment in advance.
If this is your first
time making a
payment inside the
portal, you will first
need to enter your
method of payment
by clicking Add
Payment Option.

Make a Payment
Payments can be
made using your
bank account or a
credit card.
Once you have
entered your
payment
information, you
may choose to save
this information for
future payments if
you wish.
Click Add Payment
Option to complete
this process.

Once you have
successfully added
a payment option,
you can continue
the payment
process.
If you are choosing
to pay using a credit
card, you will be
asked to enter the
card’s CVV code.
Click Continue to
review your payment
prior to submitting.

Carefully review
your payment
details.
If these details are
correct, click the box
to agree to the
Terms and
Conditions, and
click the Make a
Payment button.

Congratulations!
You have
successfully made a
payment on your
Toho account.
You will be sent a
confirmation email,
but you may also
record your
Confirmation
Number if you wish.

You also have the
option in our portal to
set your account up
for Auto Pay.
Once you log in, click
the Set Up Auto Pay
link under your
account summary.

Verify the account you
would like to set up
for Auto Pay and the
method of payment
you would like to use.
You may either
choose a previously
saved bank account
or credit card, or add
a new payment
option.
Once you agree to the
Terms and
Conditions, click Save
Changes.

Congratulations! Your
Toho account is now
set up for Auto Pay.
The amount of your
bill will be debited
from your chosen
method of payment on
your bill’s due date
each month.
You may choose to
cancel Auto Pay at
any time, or change
your method of
payment, by clicking
the Edit Auto Pay link
under your Account
Summary.

Once you have
created a profile in the
Toho portal, you may
manage your personal
details at any time by
simply logging in and
navigating to the My
Profile Section of the
portal.

Here you can change
your profile details
such as your name
and email address.
You may also update
your password if you
wish.

Your Profile is also
the place where you
can choose or change
your notification
settings.
You have the option to
receive new bills via
email or U.S. Mail.
You may also elect to
receive notifications
via text message if
you wish. In order to
enable text message
notifications, you must
first add and verify a
cell phone number.

You may also make
a payment without
creating a profile or
signing into the
portal by using the
Make a One-Time
Payment link, found
on the login page.

You will need your
account number,
found on your bill.
Enter the first nine
digits into the first
field, and the
remaining nine
digits into the
second field.
Click Lookup to find
your account.

Once you have
verified that the
street address
matches the account
you wish to pay,
click Confirm and
Continue.

either the amount
due or a different
amount.
Then, enter either
your bank account
or your credit card
as your method of
payment and click
Continue.

Review your payment
details and confirm
that they are accurate.
You may also enter
your email address if
you wish to receive an
emailed confirmation
of your payment.
Once you check the
boxes to accept the
Terms and Conditions
and the convenience
fee (if applicable),
click Make a Payment
to complete this
process.
