About us413 Strengthgear began a decade ago when graphic designer Royleane Allen was challenged with what she was going to do with her life. Her love of summer camping and apparel design grew into a company that provides camps across the US and Canada with products that are camp specific and current with the trends for their customer demographics.

After a few years of camp designing, 413 expanded to create apparel designs for schools, organizations, and businesses. As 413 has grown, so have our services. We not only offer camp products, but have expanded to offer promotional products, e-commerce, and fulfillment options.

payment, unless credit has been requested and approved

through 413 Strengthgear. Standard terms are 15 days, F.O.B.

origin. Processing new credit applications can take several

days to approve. Credit approval delays may prevent or delay

normal production time.

Deposit and PaymentCertain orders may require a deposit. We accept company

check, cashier’s check, Visa, and Master Card and American

Express. Past due invoices are subject to a late payment charge.

Prices, Quantities, Styles, and ColorMinimum order quantity for screen-printed apparel is 48

pieces. Less than minimum orders: Printed orders of less

notice. 413 Strengthgear reserves the right to change or

discontinue styles, colors, sizes, or garments without notice.

Orders consisting of adult AND youth sizes are considered two

separate orders due the need for separate print screen sizes.

We are CPSIA compliant and print permanent tracking on each

youth garment.

Art ProofsWe provide 3 proofs/changes at no charge. Any additional

proof/changes are billed at $15.00 per proofs/change.

Two art proofs are provided for orders consisting of adult and

youth sizes. These orders will be considered two separate

orders due the need for separate print screen sizes.

Custom artwork is $65.00 an hour.

Bidding on jobs – if awarded the job we do not have any

additional artwork charges. If we are not awarded the job and

have spent time producing artwork the time spent will be

billed at our current custom artwork charge per hour.

Ink Change fee is $20.00 per color.

Order Placing and ShippingNormal production time is 10 business days, after final art and

order confirmation is approved. Orders requiring production

time of 5 business days or less after all approvals will be

considered a Rush Order and will be subject to a 25% Rush

Fee. Shipping time is not considered in production time. Some

exclusions may apply such as; peak seasons, large orders, and

art changes. Additions to any order already approved and in

process will be considered a “new order”. For your protection,

we will only accept orders by email, fax, or mail. Phone orders

are not accepted.

SpoilageOccasional spoilage may occur in the decoration process. 413

allows for the following spoilage allowance per logo position

for orders less than 144 prints: 5% with a minimum of 1 piece,

2% for orders over 144 prints, and 1% for orders order 1,000

prints. If exact quantities are needed we recommend that extra

be included in the order to cover possible print spoilage for

each size, color, and style.

Claims and Cancellations413 Strengthgear must be notified within 5 days from receipt of

order, of any damaged or incorrectly printed merchandise. All

packing slips and original packaging must be kept for claim to

be considered. Allow 7-10 days for the claims process.

413 Strengthgear will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay,

loss, or damage during shipment. All merchandise is shipped

FOB origin.

Returns and ExchangesNo exchanges or returns will be accepted on name-dropped

merchandise, without prior approval.
