Step 1 - Designed to FitDraw your basic size requirements and include a list of the components for your Outdoor Island or fire feature. Graysen will then provide a CAD drawing of your creation. Included are all dimensions with cut outs for components, allowances for finish materials and details like lined cabinets and electrical outlets. Once you approve the drawings - your custom built outdoor structure moves to Step 2. By starting with an exact blueprint of your design, Graysen ensures that your outdoor creation is a perfect fit. You avoid the frustration typical to inferior methods of construction like: concrete block, steel stud or treated wood frames which are often misfit and lack the pre-planning that is a key part of why a Graysen Outdoor structure will be the most beautiful and long lasting part of your custom outdoor creation.

Step 3 - Finishing the DreamYour custom designed, factory built, engineered outdoor structure is delivered to your outdoor oasis along with the outdoor components you have selected, ready to finish. Sometimes we’re asked, “why don’t you put the stone, tile and granite on at the factory?” The answer is simple. Quality and Value. Graysen Outdoor structures are far superior Quality to concrete blocks, screw together sheet metal studs or wood framed outdoor structures which don’t stand up well over time and lack the engineering and fit that comes standard with every custom built Graysen Outdoor structure. Applying the stone veneer, stucco and granite or tile on site means that the homeowner gets a matching finish to the existing stone on their home, no freight damage and the ease and cost savings of having the product finished on site providing the best Value to any outdoor creation.

Step 2 - Built to LastGraysen builds your custom design out of fully-welded square aluminum stock and then covers it with waterproof substrate. Options like lined cabinet openings, ceramic cooker caveats or electrical outlets are built in and ready to finish. All structures are engineered to avoid warping, settling or sagging common with site built structures. The fully welded aluminum system has a lifetime guarantee against such defects and unlike site built structures, you are assured that the investment you’ve made in your outdoor room today will last for years to come without cracking, rotting or twisting.
