Work Experience Graduate Research Assistant: GIS Analyst, Kansas Biological Survey, since January 2015

Assist in the implementation of the Lesser Prairie Chicken Range-wide Conservation Plan. Perform GIS analysis including cartographic modeling, feature creation and editing, and reconciling different projections. Satellite image interpretation. Create maps and map packets of sites for field work. Database organization and tracking. Correspond with enrolled companies to ensure proper dissemination of information.

Lecture on the scientific method and topics in environmental science. Facilitate critical thinking and application of the scientific method. Supervise both fieldwork and laboratory work.
