Department of Human Resources and coordination between the other

Responsible about preparation and signature of the daily and monthly time
sheet for all staff and all equipment in operation management.
1. Employees :
Preparation and signature the Time sheet.
Responsible about Follow-up and approve the papers of personnel to
attendance and absence and leave, opportunities and holidays and new staff
and cancelation and arranging a reception new staff from airport.
Coordination with the accounting department to pay the dues of the employees
before the leave.
Rehabilitation and training of staff and workers regarding the safety of work
safety and health and mental health coordination with human resources
management.
Keeping all personnel records, files pertaining to the expiry date of residence,
labours visas, passports, labour cards, health cards etc.

Preparation and signature and responsible for calculating and updating
annual leave and other vacations of the employees.

Transfer the equipment from project to another project and register the
equipment coming from another projects or any department inside the
company.
Preparation the reports of equipment in case accident.

cars and replacement and cancellation mobilization / demobilization the
equipments and cars.
Controlling the issue date and the expiry date for the equipment licenses and
updating it.
Transfer the equipment and car a section mechanics in company for the
maintenance works and establishment the damages.
Controlling the services for all equipment and coordination with the
mechanics to work on the repair of equipments inside Section Mechanics in
company.
