o Maintain efficient communications with users across the Trust at all levels for
all related Electronic Patient Records issues. o Develop and maintain a high level of expertise and knowledge of the EPR
core systems to provide effective 2nd line support to users. o Deliver specialist EPR training and training support, to groups of 8-10 users
on a range of core and ad-hoc courses designed to meet the needs of all

and assist in investigations into breaches of information security in relation to

Key Responsibilities: o Maintenance of SAP HR system, ensuring data is curate and up to date.
o Process approved changes to the system in accordance with set time scales.
o GPMS – Functional support to approximately 6000 end users as the UK is the pilot country for this system.

interfacing with ESS and MSS.
