SUMMARY

I am a graduate from Roskilde University with a Master in Communication and Business Studies. I wrote my final thesis on organizational use of Social Media for Corporate Branding and improvement of the dialogue and relations between the organization and its users. Throughout my studies I have had my main focus on external communication, marketing and leadership, and through the structure of Roskilde Universityʼs studies, which in an unique way are combining theory and practice in an interdisciplinary approach, I will be able to take a theoretical and practical approach to any given case.

Alongside my studies I have worked as a Project Manager for Skytune, a Danish Event- and Music Management Agency. In this job, I handled many different assignments, but one of my main tasks the last four years has been to create and execute marketing campaigns through Social Media. The experience I have got from this job combined with my theoretical knowledge and desire for online communication means, that I will be able to bring your companies online platforms among the most innovative on the market - An online platform that not only are based on one-way communication, but also seeks to improve the dialogue and relationship between your organization and all your customers.

After finishing my education, I have worked in a time limited position as a Business Developer at Komfo - a company working with commercial Facebook solutions for both small companies and large corporations. In this job, I was in charge of developing a Business Concept around the Komfo Platform (see the link http://vimeo.com/22022108) targeted for the Music Industry.

After my job at Komfo, I have worked as a Project Manager at ad pepper media Denmark A/S - a German based company working with lead generation for some of the largest international brands on the B2C market. In this job, I had the responsibility to set the deadlines and facilitate the communication between the Sales, After Sales and Delivery Department to achieve these deadlines. Beside this, my main focus areas has been on creating sales and campaign material, optimizing campaigns (both surveys and landing pages), and concept development.

Goals and ambitions I am a highly ambitious person, and I have always worked hard to reach my goals in life. At the age of seventeen, I arranged my first concert for an audience of more than 200 people. I arranged the concert simply because I was determined to stand on a stage and perform my music, but at the time the options for young musicians were very limited. Therefore I came to the conclusion, that if I was determined to perform, I had to arrange my own concerts. I have worked with that philosophy as my motto ever since - If you want things to be done, do it yourself - and as a result I have worked as a Project Manager in a variety of music projects. In conclusion, I know that talent can take you to the top of the mountain, but only hard work will bring you up among the stars.

I am very proud of all the results, I have reached the last fourteen year, but now I think it is time to take a new direction and explore other options. Therefore I have come up with a plan, an ambitious plan:

For the next five years, I want to join a Corporate Company or Marketing Bureau, where I hopefully can use my experience with Social Media Marketing and Corporate Branding through Social Media. I see myself holding a position as a Project Manager or Key Account Manager in charge of a very ambitious team, making the best Social Media solutions for some of the strongest brands in Europe.

In about five to ten years from now, my goal is to hold a position as Director in a Corporate Company.

2011: Project Manager, ad pepper media Denmark A/S, Copenhagen.

In this job, I have managed different kinds of project surrounding lead generation campaigns for the B2C market. As Project Manager, I had the responsibility to set the deadlines and facilitate the communication between the Sales, After Sales and Delivery Department to achieve these deadlines. Beside this, my main focus areas has been on:

- Create sales and campaign material - Optimize campaigns - both surveys and landing pages - Concept Development

The landing page for BoxerTV to the right is an example of my work.By optimizing the communication on the landing page, the campaign boosted its conversion rate from 18% to 25% in under two weeks.

Beside the campaign for BoxerTV, I have worked with brands such as: Fiat, CARE Denmark, Amnesty International, Canal Digital, Business Danmark, VIASAT, Jobzonen, ASE, Dansk Autohjælp, IDA, TNS Gallup, IF..., Save the Orangutan, Aftenposten, Securitas Direct.

In this job, I was in charge of developing a Business Concept around the Komfo Platform targeted for the Music Industry.

By using my knowledge and experience on Social Media Marketing combined with my experience from the Music Industry, I came up with a concept, called “Band Your Brand” that uses the Komfo Platform's Contest Application as a part of a Co-branding Strategy. I also came up with a set of simple solutions for, how Record Labels and Musicians can use the Komfo Platform to activate and create more loyal fans on Facebook.

In this job, I primarily advised Jeppe Trolle on his use of Social Media for his campaign during the general election in Autumn 2007. Through this job, I have gained some experience on how a politician can use Social Media for personal branding.
