I am a Lecturer and Business Leader with extensive experience in the University and within the
Banking sector. Currently I lecture at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and
Technology at the School of Business and Economics, Department of Finance and Accounting
from the year 2017. Before Joining the University, I worked as a Branch Manager and a
Business Growth and Development Manager for Equity Bank (K) Ltd, Kericho and Mumias
Branches for 8 years 10 months; I also worked at Bank of Baroda (K) Limited at Head Office-
Nairobi, Mombasa Branch, Kisumu Branch, Industrial Area Branch- Nairobi, as Manager, Head of
Audit, Head of Risk, Head of Compliance, Operations and Cash Management for 16 years and 5
