ACHIEVEMENTS

Successful made robot follow object, and auto door

While was studying at Vietnam maritime university.- Robotic:

+ Used by Open CV library applied in Visual studio C++, I can write programs to detecting or tracking objects which I want robot follow it.+ I had worked alone ,because I had studied it for 1 year before I designed robot.+ My robot which was pretty simple design. But it still ensure that stability to detect and track object and follow object.

- Auto door:+ Used by infrared sensor, limit switch, microchip and DC motor.+ I just stopped at design model , but it has met the requirements: When someone go on, or go out. When no one. When auto door is closing: If has people ,it will open

- Repairing and Maintaining generator, transformer and equipments in plants and ships in part time.

While was working and studying at Seahorse company with ROVs systems.- Underwater robots:

+ Remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) are a safe and widely used type of underwater vehicle serving a range of military, commercial, and scientific needs. Using a series of propellers, ROVs are unoccupied, highly maneuverable underwater robots .+ Being a sub-sponsor for one of 7 systems. I has appointed with ROV’s Sh1 which have 100Hp, Winch, Crane and Controlling system.+ Successfully for Building Sh4’s system 125Hp, TMS ( Tether Management System) for Sh2’s system 100Hp, and Apache 7 ‘s system 50Hp.+ Paper work and Make plans for Sh1’s project when went to offshore.

+ Maintenance: My duties are check coils in stator : Specialism between phases used by insulation paper. Fastener, Bearings, Insulator between cover and 3 phases. And finally is measure electrical current when motor active no load mode .+ Repair : My duties are remove coils out of stator, Measure size of wire ,calculate round wire, measure size of wire. Move coils on the stator. Specialism, electrical connection between phases. Ways of connection can be or Y. Drying and in insulation paint on the coils. Check insulator between phases and frame. Finally, completion and test running product. Measure electrical current when no load mode.

- With AVR: My duties are installation and operation

- With Power box system : Maintaining and removing error device. Designing and building new electrical Box.

ROV’s system.

- ROVs is controlled by +3 people on surface. Usually, a people is supervisor who operate ROV in control van and communicate with a people who control Winch & Lars. And the duty’s final people who observe ,inform for them to complete the processing in Launching and Recovering ROVs.

- SH1’s system are a complete system that have ROV, Winch, Crane and Controlling system. ROV have four thrusters ,sonar and gyro system, two manipulator ( 5F and 7F CONAN) and the best importance is 100Hp motor – Hydraulic.

- My duties are make plans and paper work for Sh1’s projects. After ward are maintenance ROV for completely to go offshore successful.
