International Experience

I am an expert of field survey in big private companies, especially multinational companies, thanks to previous experience in different countries and scientific membership and international partnership. I am specialized in labour economics and applied industrial economics in developing countries. During my fellowship at Chiang May University (Thailand) (2005-2008), I joined the research program “Education, Skills and Labour” based on the interview of 3500 Thai workers. I was specifically responsible of a field research in 9 multinational companies in the Thai automobile industry. With the help of a team of Thai research assistants, 450 employees were interviewed with a questionnaire. A report for the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) was published and I have made two communications at international conferences.

I have also contributed to the research programme « Labour Capacity Preparation in Thailand and in Vietnam ».

I have visited Korea during a field research in 2004 on Renault Samsung Motors. I have interviewed the Director of Human Resources in Seoul headquarters and visited the Renault-Samsung plant in Pusan.
