SKILLS & TECHNICAL EXPOSURE Preparing project schedule and executing project at site as per schedule & drawings. Comparing between BOQ and drawing. Material requirement sheet preparing as per site situations Detailed study of the scope of the tender, Drawings, Schedule of equipment, specifications, quantity take off and estimation as per bill of quantities for tendering purposes study the project by architectural, structural, elevation, sectional point of view with Beam & column legends & schedules GPM calculations and Distribution of Chilled water to various FCU & AHU through chilled water supply & return pipe Installation of chiller, AHU & FCU, Pumps, and plate heat exchanger, Co-ordination of HVAC, plumbing, Electrical & Firefighting layouts for checking the system overlapping, structural constraints Attend the weekly meeting with Client, Structural Consultant and Architects for updates and critical issues if any attending project progress meeting and sending daily project status to head office. Coordination with purchase for timely material ordering Preparation of Technical specification, BOQ & Tender drawing for the project Negotiations inspected construction projects or existing facilities to identify deficiencies, rec-ommend changes, ascertain compliance with plans and specifications, or for other designated purposes Guiding CAD Draftsman to prepare the final drawings
Negotiations with vendors from price & quality point of view pricing of complete job from the details, market and with latest plant, labor and material cost using excel.
