Jason WilsonDr. Jason Wilson is a Canadian historian, a two-time Juno-Awardsnominated reggae musician, Canadian Reggae Music Award winner,SSHRC Doctoral Fellowship Recipient, and the author of four books.Known for incorporating jazz and Scottish influences atop a reggaefoundation, Wilson is a multi-instrumentalist, though is perhaps bestknown for his piano skills.

She describes her signature sound as “doom soul.”

HANSEN-ROSS POTTERYHansen-Ross Pottery operated in Fort Qu'Appelle, Saskatchewanfrom the mid 1950s to 2005. The pottery was named after two artists,Danish-born Folmer Hansen (1930– ) and Winnipeg-born David Ross(1925–1974).
The pottery, made of local Saskatchewan clay, reveals an "honestearthiness of material and skill of an ancient tradition."Many local potters were influenced by and studied under Hansen andRoss. The exhibition features over sixty ceramic objects.

Trying to nail down the disparate genres exploredby the Wooden Sky isn't an easy task. Whenpressed, the band tosses out tags like "folk rock",but the words don't hint at the nuances. Theypush the limits of folk and country, adding piecesof outside influence and slowly growing their ownunique sonic aesthetic.

HANSEN-ROSS POTTERYHansen-Ross Pottery operated in Fort Qu'Appelle, Saskatchewanfrom the mid 1950s to 2005. The pottery was named after two artists,Danish-born Folmer Hansen (1930– ) and Winnipeg-born David Ross(1925–1974).
The pottery, made of local Saskatchewan clay, reveals an "honestearthiness of material and skill of an ancient tradition."Many local potters were influenced by and studied under Hansen andRoss. The exhibition features over sixty ceramic objects.
