It’s exciting to know that our College of Criminal
Justice has been providing high-quality educa-
tion, research, and community service for 40
years! Please join me in celebrating this important
milestone for the college, remembering our his-
tory and accomplishments and broadening our
reach as a center of excellence in criminology
and criminal justice into the 21st century. I hope

Returning to Campus to Celebrate Our 40th Anniversary
To kickoff our three-day-long celebration honoring the historyand founding of the College of Criminal Justice, some of ourmost beloved former faculty and staff members will return tocampus to mark this milestone in the college’s history. On theevening of Thursday, October 25, representatives of the past 40years will reunite on campus to honor and celebrate the found-ing of the college. They include:

Panelists will highlight cutting-edge research andintroduce some of the contemporary debates in criminal justiceand criminology.
Except for the 40th Anniversary Dinner and the Homecoming footballgame, all events will be held in the Egan Research Center.
