Designed marketing materials such as photo books and brochures to enhance brand quality while utilizing image and design tools. Built productive relationships while gaining the loyalty of students and resolved complex issues through constructive communication and strong initiative. Dealt with criticism e f f e c t i v e l y so that improvement and learning would be seen in order to be able to grow as an athlete and student and be able to grow in our success as a team. Identified strengths and weaknesses in order to work efficiently towards an ultimate goal, which was seen in our success in the NCCAA tournament winning fifth place.
