Resolution No. 04 Series of 2015 Assembly Resolution requesting the National Food Authority to grant the released and approved with the withdrawal of requested CDIF in the amount of One Hundred Forty Thousand Five Hundred Forty Five and Ninety Seven Centavos (₱140, 545.97). WHEREAS, CURANTA D6-ARTEMIA MPC is requesting the National Food Authority to released and grant for the withdrawal of our CDIF for the purpose of rice purchase (NFA rice) to the distribute to members; WHEREAS, CURANTA-D6-ARTEMIA MPC supports the decision of the National Food Authority in the revision of Operational Policies and Procedures on the utilization of CDIF by farmer beneficiaries to insure that the program objective are achieved and protect the interest welfare and security of farmers; WHEREAS, THE CURANTA-D6-ARTEMIA MPC request the NFA to allow us to withdraw our CDIF amounting to ₱140, 545.97 or equivalent to 112 bags of NFA rice as an equation to the revised SOP No. TS-ESI in CDIF Program; NOW THEREFORE RESOLVED; as it is hereby resolved that on motion made by RUTH L. ANZUREZ and duly seconded by MERLYN A. SALMORIN the officers agreed that the said CDIF be withdrawn for the purpose of nee procurement to be distributed to members; RESOLVED FINALLY; that ANA MARIE M.
