Job Description:

Our client, a HK listed company with core business in property development and financial services in China, would like to invite a high caliber to join their fast expanding company in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities: Report directly to the Chairman of the company Oversee financial accounting, management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, taxation, treasury,

audit and cash flow management for HK office Ensure periodic and occasional analysis reports are timely and accurately produced for senior

management Liaise with external auditors on financial audit Formulate short term and long term financial strategy for the company Handle IPO listings when necessary Capable of advising and supporting in strategic merger and acquisition if any

Requirements: Degree holder in accounting, finance or related discipline. Candidate with an MBA will be an

added advantage Qualified accountant in ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent qualification 10 years+ financial experience from financial institutions or property development exposure is

preferable Prior auditing experience in Big 4 and capable of performing company secretary duties Strong in business analysis, strategic financial advice with high level presentation and

communication Prior working experience in main board listed companies and familiarity with HK listing rules Experience in managing business relationship with PRC partners, service providers, customers,

etc Prior responsibility for managing a small team will be an asset

Good command of English, Mandarin & Cantonese

Report to The Commercial Manager Develop and formulate business development strategy to meet company business objectives Manage existing customers and explore new business opportunities in HK or PRC market Establish rapport with existing business partners and build up new business partnerships when

necessary

Requirements:

Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with focus on business development, preferably

obtained from container terminal operators, shipping companies, mid-stream operators or related industries

Good understanding of the current market dynamics in container shipping in South China and the competitive challenges for Hong Kong will be an advantage

Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills A team player who are willing to travel to the South China regions
