SubServer - Learn how to create subservers

SubServers:

1 If the subserver stay in the same PC, you have to be a PC "nice" (processor and ram), if it is in different PCs, net of the PCs will have to be good.

We will call the server as:

ServerGame1, IP 192.168.1.1

ServerGame2, IP 192.168.1.2

Obs .: if the same micro uses the same 2 ips.

ServerGame1:

1. Open the port 55902 if the moden for rotiado and release it at the firewall as well.

2. Change the files:

d: \ MuServer \ CS \ Connectserverlist.dat

d: \ MuServer \ CS \ data \ Server List.dat

d: \ MuServer \ CS \ data \ Connectserverlist.dat

-------------------------------------------------- -------

0 "ServerGame1" "192.168.1.1" 55901 "SHOW"

1 "ServerGame2" "192.168.1.2" 55902 "SHOW"

-------------------------------------------------- --------

Page 2: Cum Faci Subserver

ServerGame2:

1 create a separate folder exp muserve: ": \ submuserver" (this naum matter the drive letter or the folder name)

2. Copy the following MuServer folders:

- Date

- Gameserver

- Links or mustartup, just being the game server to be connected.

3rd change the files, leaving the same ServerGame1:

? \ MuServer \ CS \ Connectserverlist.dat

?: \ MuServer \ CS \ data \ Server List.dat

?: \ MuServer \ CS \ data \ Connectserverlist.dat

-------------------------------------------------- -------

0 "ServerGame1" "192.168.1.1" 55901 "SHOW"

1 "ServerGame2" "192.168.1.2" 55902 "SHOW"

-------------------------------------------------- --------

4th change the files:

?: \ MuServer \ data \ ServerInfo.dat

-------------------------------------------------- --------

[GameServerInfo]

ServerName = ServerGame2

ServerCode = 1

ConnectMemberLoad = 0;

5 in the files:

?: \ MuServer \ data \ IpList.dat

?: \ MuServer \ data \ ServerInfo.dat

?: \ MuServer \ data \ commonserver.cfg

?: \ MuServer \ data \ lang \ kor \ commonloc.cfg

I put the ip of ServeGame1 "192.168.1.1"

ready, already set to start the server's, let's start !!!!

1 Start ServerGame1 normally as u already do, wait for him to start completely.

2 In ServerGame2 in the link folder remove all links somento leaving the link8

change him leaving like this:

?: \ MuServer \ GameServer \ GameServer.exe 192.168.1.1 192.168.1.1 55970 55960 55902

3rd start link8 and ready.

In MuServer 2 need only connect the link 8 and need not be installed sql.

EDITING The text.bmd

To change the name of the Server that will appear in the game as the image seen up there you should get a BMD editor and edit the text.bmd file from your client.

Page 4: Cum Faci Subserver

1 Open the BMD editor

2nd Open text.bmd file in your client folder

3rd Look for the line 541 and change to the name you want to appear to Server 1

4th Look for the line 542 and change to the name you want to appear to Server 2

5 ° I do not know if the lines are always the same, if not you will have to look for it yourself.

6th Save and create a patch for its customers.
