    Abstract

    The edible mushroom is a ver im!ortant source o" !rotein in the human alimentation, #hich

    is an alternative to the animal !rotein consum!tion$ The can be gro#n in man agro

    industrial #astes #ith high content o" cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin$ There"ore, the

    !roduction o" mushrooms can be a good alternative to reduces #astes and the

    environmental !ollution$ %n addition, the need o" o!timizing the mushroom !roduction

    !rocess is ver desirable in order to ma&imize the !roductivit$ 'or those reasons, the

    !resent stud "ocused on o!timizing the substrate (chi! o" Eucaly#tus glo.ulus, chi! o" 

    Pinus sylvestris  and Corncob) mi&ture to ma&imize the !roductivit (*ield, Biological

    +""icienc and roductivit rate) o" the Pleurotus ostreatus !roduction$ 'or this, the -im!le&.

    concentration "rom 0 to 100 (##)$ 4btaining as a result that there is signi"icant di""erent

    (!50,06) among the treatments, demonstrating that the Pinus sylvestris chi! and the corncob

    increase the !roductivit, in contrast to the Eucaly#tus glo.ulus, #hich reduces it$ A

    mathematical model (7280$9:), #hich !redicts the !roductivit o" the Pleurotus ostreatus as

    "unction o" the used substrates concentration, #as obtained$ 'inall, b using the desirabilit

    "unction, it #as !roved that using 100 o" Pinus sylvestis chi! as substrate or mi&tures o" 

    Pinus sylvestris chi! #ith corncob, the highest !roductivit is obtained$
