• Experience multiple culinary facilities— two À la Carte and Banquet Kitchens, a Pool Café, and Pastry Shop

• Participate in culinary operations working the line, banquets, pastry, quick service outlets, and as a garde manger

• Enhance your skills in broiling, sautéing, cold prep, and baking• Learn how to work with a variety of ingredients from basic meats, poultry, and

vegetables, to the most elaborate and exotic components• Prepare, cook, and expedite dishes for casual and formal À la Carte dining

and banquets• Assist in creating new recipes and developing menus• Learn inventory management, ordering, storage, and rotation• Learn coordination of services between front and back of house• Strengthen your knowledge in food safety and sanitation

PASTRY INTERNSHIP

• Work in an advanced Pastry Shop and learn to plate desserts for À la Carte and banquet services

• Experience our in-house bread making program • Learn the skills necessary to properly use pastry equipment, tools, ingredients,

and formula conversions• Participate in inventory management, ordering, storage, and rotation• Learn coordination of services between front and back of house• Strengthen your knowledge in food safety and sanitation

patios, private rooms, ballroom, café & café bar, and refreshment stands• Diverse workforce, including an international staffing program

HOUSINGThe Club provides fully furnished, subsidized housing. Apartments are two-bedroom units, housing no more than four occupants, and located less than five miles from the Five Farms campus.
