Merchandising is the key part of maintaining a successful customer relationship. Every single order will be allocated a special group of professionals who looks into the order from the beginning to the shipment of the products to the desired location.

This team with a vast experience in all the manufacturing processes, act accordingly to the requirements of the customers. They help in structuring and shaping the product in each part of the production and rendering an effective service to the buyers.

Quality Assurance Tem >

Quality is the major forte of our concern. From yarn to final shipping there are systems and procedures that will never allow anything go beyond control. Our processes are renowned for finest quality and fashionable attires in acquiring the trust of our existing and new customers.

Quality control team audits the production process at regular intervals ensuring the best outcome. Equipped with in-house quality monitoring system to test standards and regulate dimensional stability, colorfastness, final garment. We use services of the best testing labs approved by ITS, SGS, Bureau Veritas and others.

Our technologists check that the materials and reports are as per various parameters defined by our customers and only then give the approvals. We follow the quality standards ANSI / ASQZ 1.4 / ISO, and the Acceptable Quality Limits are AQL 2.5 - Major and 4.0 – Minor.

Design & Product Development Team >Customization and shaping of the design is carried out by graphic designers by providing a sensible touch of style to the design.

Shipping & Logistics Team >Our Logistic Team does the necessary arrangements for the shipments, and ensure communication between the forwarder and the various suppliers are smooth and seamless and that correct information is relayed to our buyer's logistic department.

Larger connectivity to computers across our organizations enables a free flow of communication about the products and its changes. Database management systems are been supportive to the organizations for its efficient managing techniques with IT aided infrastructure.

Customer's Tech Pack is received for the season and reviewed. The Key Technical details are entered in our customized software and the style catalogue is created.

The appropriate vendor is identified and a Sample request for a proto sample is placed. A Time and Action Plan is developed for each sample request and given to Vendor to respect the lead times.The working systems are well mapped and a custom built ERP solution is in place to ensure the efficient working of the team. Each activity is worked with a TNA. The status of the submissions and approvals are monitored.

Consolidated reports are sent to the vendor to keep up the schedules. Reports are sent to the customers to touch base with the exact status of the developments. The ERP systems cover all aspects of work, few of them are listed below;
