    researches the internet has ecome very im"ortant to individ$als no!adays.

    8itho$t the internet some individ$als think that they cannot s$rvive eca$se

    of ho! it is $sed to "rovide a variety of information and comm$nicationfacilities in order to get the !ork done 0$ickly and;or ennd information so instead they $se the internet to gather the

    information 0$ickly. B$sinesses also $se the internet to do market researches

    facilities to them.

    2he internet service ind$stry in St. Vincent and the Grenadines is one of an

    5ligo"oly market str$ct$re. 2h$s there are only a fe! large >rms Homogeneo$s or

    dierentiated "rod$cts im"erfect kno!ledge of the market they are "rice makers

    !ith "rice rigidity and also have many $yers. As s$ch there are little com"etition

    levels !hich ideally lead to the "rod$cers satisfaction and !elfare.

    After the data !ere collected from the 0$estionnaire + discovered that all the

    "artici"ants !ere et!een the ages of %-%. 2he st$dy as sho!n that /+ME=s

    internet service !as the most demanded internet service in St. Martin=s Secondary.

    Question 5:All '( st$dentsI of the st$dents !ho !ere given 0$estionnaires

    had access to the internet at their homes. 2his may d$e to the addiction to social

    net!orking or the need of having the internet to gather information. Since the

    internet is the 0$ickest !ay of gathering information and comm$nicating !ith

    others the demand for internet !o$ld e high.

    Question 6:+n 0$estion 'I (@ of the st$dents said that they have /+ME=s

    internet service !hile )(@ have Kari 1ale=s internet service. 2he fact that more

    st$dents "referred /+ME=s internet service sho!s that some method of attracting

    c$stomers that Kari 1ale is lacking. Based on the s$""ly information gained from

    the intervie!s these methods incl$de the s"onsoring of events and other methods.

    Eective $se of these methods can increase the demand for internet lo!er

    "rod$ction cost !ill res$lt in a decrease cost "rice and lead to an eCtension of

    demand all of !hich increases a >rm=s "ro>ts.

    st$dents may have a dee" desire to have internet service to $se these sites.
