May 16, 2012, ARTA Watch Target for

2012 shall be 10% of the total agencies

with Citizens Charter (2012 Baseline).

As of June 30, 2012, 254 agencies have

been visited, or 57.72% of the target

for the year has been met.

CSC officials conducting the visits

improvement of frontline services.

Visits are regularly featured in CSC E-

newsletter and magazine.
