My original design was to create a story of a princess who goes
o to a college
party. So far, I’ve created several methods for the princess,
such as her yelling,
answering the phone, crying and walking. I also have nished the
rst scene, in
which she answers her phone and hears news of a party that she
is invited to. So
far, I have not made any changes to my plan, however, I intend
on making it more
interactions ased, to make it more interesting for the user.
!eneral programming constructs I have used so far have een
methods, including
custom methods. Methods are needed for o"ects to perform certain
tasks. Creating
methods allows for more #e$iility in the program, and a etter
program, as it
allows for more things to happen for the o"ects and the world.
%or e$ample, I
created custom methods for the princess to answer her phone, and
for the king to
yell at knights.
In &lice, I used the camera features to place dummy cameras.
'his allows for the
point of view for the camera to change during the program. 'his
makes the scene
look more realistic and more accurate, as the camera can change
etween the mainfocus(es) of the scene I am creating. I also learned
how to set o"ects in certain
poses. 'his allows for me to call for a character to go to a
certain pose when
necessary. 'his enhances the &lice animation, ecause now
characters can have
more natural and tting poses for the animations.
