Safety check certification– Are all the relief devices verified for their set pressure?– Are all the relief devices installed?– Are all the temporary plugs removed?

QA department check certification– Are all the QA requirements met for this sub system?

Safety Committee check certification– Are all the safety requirements met for this sub system, which

includes mechanical and electrical?

• Helium Gas Storage Piping– Connect the 8 helium storage gas tanks and the other

associated valve racks and piping as followsPrepare the gas tanks per specification 79000-A-0020 Rev-00 (SNS Direction for Helium Gas Storage Area)Install the piping per specification 79000-A-0011 Rev-00 (SNS CHL Helium Gas Storage System Piping Specification)Clean the system as stated in the above specificationsComplete the pressure check and leak check as stated in the above specificationsProvide the installation check and the six certifications to the commissioning group
