PRIMARY JAW CRUSHERS
Jawcrushers are designed to crush a wide range of stones. Primary jaw crushers are used for the first crushing process to gain aggregate from mined minerals and stones to produce the right size material to then be processed by the secondary crusher and further processes. By adjusting the the width of the jaws different dimensions of final aggregate product can be achieved.

PRİMARY HAMMER CRUSHER (PDK)
Primary Impact crushers are utilized to break down large size/medium hardness stones into sizes suitable for secondary processing. Though at the primary stage a fine substance output can be achieved when compared to jaw crushers.
The rotor and liners are made from special cast steel and alloys. This combination result in a high reduction ratio crushing. Due to the pistons being hydraulic the high capacity working primary impact crushers rotors may be easily changed reducing downtime.
Yaman primary impact crushers are designed to provide high performance, easy maintenance and with low operating costs.

SECONDARY IMPACT CRUSHER
Yaman Machinery‘s Secondary Impact Crusher are used after initial primary crushing of medium hardness materials to further reduce aggregrate/stone size. Designed to be adjustable to allow final product od varying volume/widths. Easily interchangeable wear parts mean downtime is limited.

TERTIARY CRUSHERS (SAND MAKERS)
Tertiary crushers (Sand Making Machines) work with the principles of high impact speed against materials to break them down. Required material size can be easily attained by adjsuting mechanisms to produce sand or gravel ranging between 0 to 50mm The operating direction can be changed to equalize the wear of hammer impact faces, thus allowing maximum explotation. Tertiary crushers and bidirectional and the pallets are manufactured according to duplex operation in both directions to ensure equal wear occurs. Rotor body has an extremely durable construction. The belt transmission can be used on either side of the hammers necessary on both sides of the shaft extension are. Heavy duty oller bearings are used for the rotors. The rotor shaft, is produced from high quality steel and subjected to thermal processing during manufacture. The cover can be opened with the help of hydraulic cylinders allows easy maintenance. Crushing blades are extremely high durability and the tertiary crushers inside surfaces are coated with wear-resistant lining plates.

HAMMER CRUSHERS
Material placed in Hammer crushers is broken by the shock effect. Hammer Crushers belong to the raw material preparation group of machines. Rotating hammers draw material in and the liners and the grills iimpact at high-speed in this way material is broken down rapidly. The size of the material can be changed thanks to the opening adjustable grill. Hammer crushers (K13-K14) can be used as primary crushers for soft materials and for medium to medium hard materials they are are used as secondary crushers

VIBRATING SCREENS
Vibrating screens are utilized to seperate raw materials into required sizes for further processing.They may be manufactured in different stages of efficiency and have single , double , triple or quadruple decks or stages depending on the operation. Vibrating screens can be manufactured on request to be fixed or mobile, and have a washing or no washing option. Screen Decks are designed spaced well apart to allow easy maintenance and replacement of wire mesh between the different stages. Maintainance is achieved by a rigid platform which extends along three sides of screen body. Vibration screens can be manufactured in desired size and capacity (1 m² - 15 m²) and with the desired number of stages. The beds of the vibrating screens are lubricated and have oil seals working with quality bearings designed specifically for seperating machines by the companies SKF and FAG. Loss of lubrication is not a problem and frequent servicing is therefore reduced. If washing is required the vibration screen can be designed with the washing element on the top or mid stages

CONVEYOR BELTS
Yaman manufactures conveyor belts to the folowing widths ( 400,
500, 600, 750, 800, 1000, 1200 mm). Length are as required according to the project and the conveyors can be fixed or mobile. Conveyor belts provide the transportation of materials between washing, screening, mechanical stabilazation facilities and crushing and screening facilities and also provide the means for stock producing. According to the requirements of the customer the chassis can be manufactured from U profil or shaped steel plating.

Yaman washers seperate impurities and foreign particles within the processed aggregate and crushed material using hopper washer, screw washer and flushing screens, such as the washing machine drum.

MECHANICAL STABILIZATION PLANTS
Yaman mechanical stabilization plants continually mix and compress the different sizes of moistened processed gravel . Four grades of aggregate are stored in the facilities aggregate bunkers and transported to mobile mixers by dosage and mixer bands. The loading bunker fed by konveyor belt delivers the material to the mixers by opening of its pneumatic feeder lid. The mechanical stabilization plants theoretical capacity is 450 tons /hour. The system is controlled by an operator from a command cabin using remote control systems.
