Welcome to the Festive Season at Crowne Plaza Marlow.
This year we really want you to have fun, so we have squeezed into our programme two Comedy Club party nights and added a live band and buffet night. These compliment the ever popular join a party nights. If you would prefer a private event then we can offer a superb menu for you and up to 270 guests in our Winterlake Suite.
Christmas Day will be a traditional lunch with all the trimmings and Santa has promised to pay a visit to all the boys and girls. Make a complete break of it and stay with us to totally relax, as we have the perfect solution on Boxing Day - a lie-in, bubbly brunch and late check-out plus our children’s play area in agua café bar.

If you are organising a large Christmas party, look no further than our stunning Winterlake Suite. The room can be hired on an exclusive basis for up to 270 party goers, plus you have your own dedicated reception area in the Terrace Bar, perfect for a drinks reception on arrival. Our Christmas co-ordinators are also happy to arrange bespoke elements to your party such as theming, entertainment and decor.

All bookings are subject to availability. Please telephone to make a provisional booking before sending a deposit. Provisional bookings will be held for 10 days, after which they will be released. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you once the deposit has been received. A deposit of £20.00 per person (non-refundable) is required to confirm the booking. Credit cards required to guarantee accommodation. For bookings taken after 1st November, full payment will be required at the time of booking. Payment of your deposit confirms you accept our terms and conditions. The
minimum age for attending Christmas Party nights at the hotel is 18 years. All monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to other goods or services. No party bookings may be charged to account unless a credit facility is established prior to the event. Large groups may be split over two or more tables. Whilst every effort will be made for special seating arrangements, these cannot be
guaranteed. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure minimum numbers. No alcohol or other beverages may be brought into the hotel for consumption or as prizes. Party novelties including silly string will not be permitted on the premises. Details are correct at the time of going to press, but may be subject to alteration without prior notice. Party organisers are asked to
inform everyone in their party of these terms and conditions. Please note that the hotel cannot guarantee that any products on the Christmas and New Year menus are totally free from nuts or derivatives and that fish products are free from all bones.
