Audiences are invited to consider a range of issues including the way in which perpetrators of abuse use sport to groom potential victims, the role of the welfare officer, whistleblowing, and the impact of abuse on the individual, the club and the sport. Finally it will consider the benefits of a pro-active rather than a reactive approach to Safeguarding.
