Note: Unless indicated otherwise, parts are worked in rounds. You can start with 2 ch or make a magic ring. It is important to mark the beginning of your round with a thread mark. The arms and legs can be stuffed or you can put pipe cleaners inside. I used pipe cleaners and I really liked the result. This way the doll is stable, but also very flexible.

Turn the shoe in the back part (inside to the outside) and crochet the back parts together with 4 x sc. Cut the thread, turn the shoe again.

Finishing Lilly and Emma

Pull the dress to the body from underneath, plug the arms with pins to the body and sew them.

Put on the wig and sew it to the head, for the dollEmma sew on the braids to the wig. Make two cordsfrom a black and a white thread and knot themaround the braids. Apply some blush on the cheeksand put on the shoes - and your doll is finished!!

Wrap a thread around a piece of wire. Make a small loop at the end and insert the wire into the balloon.

If you want to put your balloon up in the air - as shown in the picture- you need a small round stone. Crochet around the stone. Then youcan insert the wire of the balloon through the stitches and then, ifyou want, decorate the stone with flowers or beads or crochetedflowers.
