Note: The dresses are first crocheted in rows and then in closed rounds. Close each round with a sl st. This sl st is not included in the total number of stitches. Instead of 2 chains for the beginning, you can also use the magic ring.

Crochet 3 x sc about 45 rows. If this length is too short, then you can crochet a few more rows. Whenthe band fits, close the ring with 3 x sl st.

After that, crochet two chains with another color, each with 15 ch, directly to the headband, see picture. then tie a loop and if you want you can sew it also to the headband.
