  President A"uino emphasi%ed that DAP was used to support infrastructurepro&ects' relief for natural calamities and scholarships. he benefits of thesepro&ects reached our countrmen faster and earlier' and we were able to spendthe mone allocated earl in our *ational !udget more prudentl and efficientl'+the President said.

!ut Common ,ilipino People Don-t reall understand what the President issaing because for them it is still against the national concern in fighting graft andcorruption. After the alleged misuse of another form of government spending' thePriorit Development Assistance ,und (PDA,)' or pork barrel. he publicappreciation on government-s efforts has ,luctuates.

  ,or me as a student # think # have the rights to know where the mone thatour parents paid or we paid in our taes in fast food chains or in bookstores 'went.#n this situation that this issue is full of holes # think we have the rights to opposehim or to fight for what we think is right.

  Aquino rebutted accusations that DAP is pork barrel by emphasizing that

only 9% of the fund sourced from DAP went to legislators. 9% !? what do youthink in us Stupid or idiot? That statistics is just non based it is stupid things.

  For The call for Impeachment yes I agree to them if Binay was on the next in

line, so be it if he doesn’t comply to the peoples need for the President they are

looking and if he shows a sign of corruption, we are waiting for another

impeachment.
