Serves 4 as an entree

Ingredients:

2 Quails

Vegetable oil, for deep frying1 tbs. ketchup manis

1 tsp. soy sauce

1 tsp. shaoing !ine

1 tsp. sugar1 tsp. "hinese # spice

1 knob ginger, finely grated

2 clove garlic, finely grated1 chilli, finely chopped

"ornflour, for dusting

tsp. "hinese # spice, for dustingSea salt

1 lime

$n a bo!l make a marinade by combining, ketchup manis, !ine, sugar, # spice, ginger, garlic and

chilli.
